What is in the wall? Part:1 (Attack on Titan)

After the final scene of the wall in Attack on Titan everyone has been asking one question, what is in the wall?
The Face in wall Sina (episode 25)
Everyone knows that this is the face of a human Titan, no one seems to doubt that, well almost no one. I have read theory after theory of what is in the wall and they all point to one verdict, a titan. Everyone believes that there is a giant titan in the wall(for most people, a human-titan), but I don't.

This very pretty, lovable face cannot be the face of a titan for many, many reasons. In episode 1 or 2 (I forget which one) the show stated that the titan's were first seen 107 years ago and have been destroying humanity ever since. The show also stated that the wall was built as man's last line of defense against the titans, but this is when the facts start to get fuzzy.
The Three Walls of humanity's fortress (Maria, Rose, Sina)
As we all know the "fortress" has three main walls (Maria, Rose, and Sina), each wall has been given a interesting name, a name that anyone could have. Throughout the show they state that humanity is not actually sure who built the walls; the government and some citizens believe that the wall was created by man, while everyone else including the priests(wall cult) believe that the wall was made by the gods. I believe that the wall was built by the gods but not to protect humanity, but as a tome for the gods.

If the walls were built as a final resting place for them, they would obviously make them large, strong, and protected. If the gods built themselves tomes they probably don't want to be disturbed so they would create guardians to protect the tomes from anyone who may destroy them (i.e. humanity). The guardians of the tomes would have to be intimidating, vicious, vast in numbers, immortal(or as close as possible), and be self-sustaining(live off of themselves). The titans all have these distinct features, this also supports the fact that the titans are extremely light and may not appear as what they seem to be(the scout regiment's theory). If this is true than why would the titans try to eradicate all of humanity? because the humans have the technology to destroy the walls, its a better idea to kill of the only threat when they are defenseless instead of waiting for humanity's attack.

If this theory is correct than Annie has accidently exposed a god to all of humanity, which can only mean one thing... Death. But I may be wrong this is only a theory, A Virgin Theory!
