The Human-Titans Part 2.4 (Attack on Titan)

Almost everyone believes that the reason why Annie tried to capture Eren is because she wanted to tell him something that would change his view on pretty much everything, but very few people have actually discussed why Annie tired to capture Eren, the theory that I am about to discuss has been researched and looked at from many different angles. Throughout the first twelve episodes Annie and Riener have had a close relationship and are always together, which I found very strange, what I found even stranger was that during and after episode 12 Annie and Riener have had a growing discontent with each other. Also in episode 13 Annie did tell Riener that "she couldn't take it anymore", she either meant 1 of two things: the first is that she can't handle fighting the titans and seeing everyone die, or her conscious can't handle being part of the cause of the bloodshed that happened at Trost.

Either way Annie experienced the feeling of wanting to go rogue for what ever reason, also she has close ties with Riener and it would be difficult to pull away from his secret "organization". Thus giving her two choices if she wants to go rogue: she would either have to run away without a trace, or she would have to go to the head of the military, expose herself and everyone involved and plea for her life. Two options that would probably lead to her death, so the next best option would be to secretly tell someone who could relate to her situation, i.e. Eren. This would allow her to minimize her risk of being killed by either Riener or the military, and still be able to minimize her involvement with Riener and those who work with him, this plan of action could also save her life if worst comes to worst.

Therefore Annie's actions mimic the actions of someone wanting to go rouge, when the two titans that were being used for research were killed everyone was generally surprised. This action was probably a sudden discussion made by Annie and was completely independent without the knowledge of Riener, an independent action is a clear sign of someone wanting to go rouge or someone who demands more independence from the organization they work for. This was Annie's first action of defiance against Riener and could possibly lead to Annie having a shorter leash in the near future, afterwards Annie tries to establish contact with Eren without giving away her identity but she fails and kills 20+ soldiers from the scout regiment. Her failed attempt to make contact with Eren lead to her capture and her lose of freedom, after her failed attempt to escape she froze herself in some sort of reflective material, if she did not freeze herself she would be interrogated by the military police before being executed for her crimes. If that would not happen than Riener would either send someone to interrogate Annie than kill her afterwards, or he would do it himself, either way Annie was going rouge against Riener and wanted some sort of protection against him and the other Human-Titans that are working with him.

Annie's actions were clearly the actions of someone going rouge, and could have lead to the exposure of the other Human-Titans. Since Annie failed and killed 20+ soldiers in the process there was no way she could get away with her life, and would eventually be killed by either the military or Riener. This theory has very little research backing it and could have many, many loopholes in it, if you disagree with it or want to say your opinion than feel free to add it in the comments below!

What is in the Wall? Part:2 (Attack on Titan)

What is in the walls? Everyone has been asking themselves this question, in a previous post from months ago I gave my two cents worth, and now I think its time to ask myself this question again. All we know is that there is a Titan's face inside Wall Sina, there are many different opinions about what is in the wall, from Human-Titans to Gods (My original theory). I will be discussing my new theory/opinion but first we need to look at a couple of facts: first is that there are Human-Titans with an unknown objective, second there are regular Titans who are pretty much mindless zombies, third the face was pointing towards the center of humanity's territory not away. This final fact spawned my new theory, but first lets dissect these three facts.

In the anime we have seen four Human-Titans, and they seem to have their own secret objective that may not be in the best interest of humanity (Eren not included), this gives me the feeling that they know something that no one else knows. This may be related to why the Walls were created and what is inside the walls, also the Human-Titans never actually attempted to damage the walls and tried to keep them undamaged (besides the gate). The fact that Titans pretty much act like normal zombies is probably the most important fact for most theories about the wall, unless the Titan is an abnormal they do not run after a certain object/person and only go after the closest human, many people believe that the walls were created with Titans as supports. When you construct a wall you always dig a trench for where the wall will be placed and deep holes in the trench for where the supports are to be placed, if the builders of the wall were attacked by the titans than the titans would more than likely fall in the trenches and holes without a way of escape. The workers would than probably be two scared to remove the Titans and would build the wall with them inside, thus adding Titans to the base of the wall and the fact that they are facing inside could only be a coincidence. This is not my theory but it is something that is very likely, but the third fact is that the face is pointing inside, if a couple of gods decided to seal themselves inside a tomb than they would probably be facing towards the center of the tomb, also since the faces are pointing towards the inside it is more than likely not accidental, thus spawning my new theory/opinion.

Keeping with my theme of imprisonment the walls may also be a prison for Human-Titans, when building a prison you want to keep the prisoners in the prison and stop them from escaping, so you generally want to have the prisoners in the center of the prison and towards the center of the prison to decrease the risk of escape and also stop outsiders from successfully freeing prisoners. This falls in line with the third fact that I pointed out, also the faces may not be connected to a body, if the Titan had it's head chopped off below the nape of the neck than the Human inside the Titan would not be injured and would remain in Titan form. This would make it easy for whom ever is sealing the Human-Titans to transport the Human-Titan in their Titan form, another unrelated theory that I have is that Human-Titans can not regenerate if they do not have the space, the show never tested this theory but my guess is that Titan generation works similar to the way sodium polyacrylate rapidly expands in water, if it does not have the space to expand than it cannot expand, so if a Titan does not have the space to regenerate than the Titan will not regenerate. Anyways back on the subject the first fact that I pointed out is that the Human-Titans are not trying to damage the walls but instead are only destroying the gates, if the fact that there are Human-Titan prisoners within the walls than if you are trying to free them you would try not to injure them. If the Human-Titans (minus Eren) are trying to free the captured Human-Titans than their objective is probably to convince them to join there cause (what ever it is), freeing the captured Human-Titan would defiantly gain their support.

With the three facts that I pointed out I was able to come up with this new theory, I have an equal amount of confidence in this theory as I do with my original theory about the gods sealing themselves in the walls. I hope that you have read through my theory and feel free to tell me your opinion, the only thing that I ask is that you do not give away spoilers from the manga since some people (myself included) have not actually read it and are waiting for the second season/volume to come out.

The Human-Titans Part 2.3 (Attack on Titan)

The Armored Titan Theory
Since the first and only appearance of the Armored Titan there has been an imprint on our minds, who is the Armored Titan? Is his special ability the ability to harden himself and be immune to injury like Annie? These are both questions that everyone have been asking themselves , but without answers (unless you have read the manga or accidental stumbled upon a spoiler). Since pretty much anyone could be the Armored Titan I'm going to skip over that question in this post and go into the potential special abilities of the Armored Titan instead.

In episode 1 when the Armored Titan charged towards the gate, it was hit by a cannon shot in the middle of its run, but kept on running without breaking pace. Many people believe that the Armored Titan can harden his skin like Annie, but there were no marks of the Titan hardening its skin, also there was a "Bing" or "ting" sound when the cannon ball hit the Titan's shoulder. This sound is actually normal for the cannon ball to make when it hits a hard surface on an angle, I am assuming that the cannon ball hit the Armored Titan's shoulder on an angle due to the fact that it hit the Titan's shoulder which was constantly moving. This is not the most interesting fact of the Armored Titan, when the Armored Titan smashed through the gate it came to a stop shortly after, not only did it come to a stop but it also released a jet of flames from its mouth. This is the most important fact of the entire encounter, due to newton's three laws of motion (which was miss used in part 1 and will be fixed) it was possible for the Armored Titan to not waver from being hit with a cannon ball and be able to smash through the gate, but there is little exclamation behind why the Titan released a jet of flames.

My best guess (which is the theory that I currently believe) is that the Armored Titan was able to super charge itself to gain the speed and energy to smash through the gate, all Human-Titans are able to run and the Armored Titan was actually in a running starting position before he started his run to be able to accelerate faster. If the Armored Titan was not able to build up energy/momentum before it started running than the only exclamation for how it can smash through the wall is that Sasha is actually the Armored Titan, which is extremely unlikely since Human-Titans seem to have very similar physical traits as the person in human form. In conclusion as I have stated before the Armor Titan must be able to build up energy/power which means that it must use its mouth as an exhaust pipe to release the remaining energy, this would mean that the Armored Titan's special ability is the ability to store and expel great amounts of energy. I hope that you agree with this theory and also feel free to disagree, comment on the Theory, or expand on it in the comment section below; also feel free to express your own theories on the blog, its not just my blog its yours as well.

Who Really Killed Han? (Fast and the Furious)

Everyone loves the Fast and the Furious movies or at least the first five movies, since the series sort of got old after Fast Five, I have watched the entire series except for Fast & Furious 6 which I have read the Wikipedia storyline. Before anyone starts yelling about skipping the Fast & Furious 6, in my defense the movie trailers for the movie really turned off my desire to actually pay to watch the movie, and the review I got from my friends didn't shine any light on the movie either, so I decided to not watch the sixth installment. Feel free to complain. This isn't actually the point of the post, the actual point of the post is that apparently both Ian Shaw and Takashi/DK killed Han, which in my mind is completely insane.

Left to Right - Takashi/DK, Han, Ian Shaw

In Tokyo Drift Han was killed in a car accident while running away from Takashi who was firing a loaded gun at him, and in Fast & Furious 6 Ian Shaw killed Han, which creates a huge amount of confusion. It is nearly impossible for both people to kill Han so someone has falsely claimed to have killed Han, In Fast & Furious 6 Dominic gets word that Han was killed by Ian Shaw, but in Tokyo Drift Takashi forces Han's car (Han was in the car) to get rear-ended by another car, which flips over and explodes. Takashi may have indirectly killed Han but can still be considered the killer if the issue is taken to the court of law. With this evidence alone we can conclude that Takashi killed Han without any other fact required, but Ian Shaw may still have had a hand in the murder of Han.

The reason why Takashi attempted to kill Han is because he was told by his uncle that Han had been stealing money from his business for years, Takashi claimed that if it was true than it must be a very small amount that can't even scratch the finances of the business, but his uncle pushes him and says that he has been stealing large sums of money. This leads to an undesirable rage that can only be quenched with blood, which turns into a high speed car chase, and Han's death. In the movie Tokyo Drift Takashi's uncle is a member of the Yakuza, which is a huge Japanese criminal empire that has an uncanny reputation for being your worst nightmare. Since Ian Shaw seems to be a very well connected criminal with a huge intelligence he probably has probably developed a relationship with a few members of the Yakuza, he could of learned that Han was currently living in Tokyo and called in a favor with Takashi's uncle who then could manipulate Takashi to kill Han. This is actually a very common and deceive way to kill your enemy and has been used many times throughout history. If this technique was used than it would be true that Takashi killed Han, and that Ian Shaw is also responsible for the death of Han. I hope you enjoyed this theory because I did since it is a nice change from the Attack on Titan theories that I have been making.

The Human-Titans Part:2.2 (Attack on Titan)

Attack On Titan: The Eren Titan Theory
After the fight between Annie and Eren in episode 24 and 25 many people have started to wonder what Eren's special ability is, some believe that Eren is able to set himself on fire (episode 25), when others believe that it is a special effect added to express Eren's rage. This question has left many people in stupper not knowing the answer, but alas I believe that I may have figured out Eren's special ability. My theory has many, many loopholes and can easily be discredited but it is the most accurate theory I could think of, I believe that Eren actually has the ability to see the future. You guys are probably thinking that this theory is full of crap and will probably deem it as stupid and move on, but here me out here I haven't even expressed my reasoning.

After the opening scene in Episode 1 where Eren and Mikasa are supposed to be collecting firewood in a field, Eren has a strange dream. His dream foresees the Titan's attack on the walls, but only in vague detail, the strangest part of this is that Eren and Mikasa go about the dream like its something that happens often or at least not uncommon. If Eren did foresee the attack and this is not an added extra to the anime or a loophole created by the creators and is not actually relevant or connected anyway what so ever, than this is at least some proof that Eren can see in to future. This is actually the most reliable "fact" to support my theory, there are more "facts" to support my theory, but with many loopholes.

In Episode 2 Eren "dreams" that his dad injected him with something and told him that someday he must go to the basement, what if that event hadn't actually happened yet and was a vision. If this is true than Dr. Jaeger could of injected Eren with anything that you can think of, also if you pay close attention to the scene than you can see that Eren is already in possession of the key to the basement, but there are many ways to discredit this piece of information. The "dream" never showed the entire event and only a small snippet, so Dr. Jaeger could of already given Eren the key, also if Dr. Jaeger drugged Eren in hope that he wouldn't remember would explain why Eren could only remember a small part of the event and would also explain how Eren got the key in the first place.

My final point of evidence is probably the most unreliable fact, for some reason Eren's gut always seems to predict whether or not the curent course of action would be successful or not. This is something that happens to almost every main character in every anime and manga made to date, this gut feeling could either be Eren's foresight kicking in or it could be a completely unrelated fact that has nothing to do with the storyline. My theory seems very outragous and full of loopholes, but to me this is the most logical special ability that Eren could have.

The Human-Titans Part: 2.1 (Attack on Titan)

Sorry for the long wait and lack of posting, I just about done my exams and I am also almost half way done the Attack on Titan fact book/database that I promised, but first I wanted to tell you my new Human-Titan theories. I will be covering the "special abilities" that every Human Titan has, and I will also be theorizing a bit about why there are Human-Titans. Also The Human-Titan Posts will be split up into four parts: Colossal Titan, Eren Jaeger, Annie, Armor Titan.

The Colossal Titan Size theory:

From what I can tell the Colossal Titan(CT) like all Human-Titans transform into Titan mode, but he seems to disappear after he has completed his objective. This is where my theory starts. Originally I believed that the Colossal Titan could teleport from one location to the next without problem, but I have realized that it is next to impossible with little evidence supporting it. Interestingly enough, during the second appearance of the Colossal Titan (during the attack on Wall Rose) Eren ended up getting a direct hit on the "Titan Kill zone", but instead of dying the Colossal Titan simply released a huge amount of steam. From this information I realized that what if the Colossal Titan's special ability wasn't its gigantic size, but it could actually change its size instead.

The steam coming out of the Colossal Titan

If this is in-fact the case than the Colossal Titan could actually be full of hot air instead of flesh and bone, if the Colossal Titan originally started out as a regular Human-Titan than the Colossal Titan would have to collect a huge amount of oxygen and heat it up with its body (Titan body temperatures are very high). This could also be the reason why the Colossal Titan does not have any skin on its body, when the Colossal Titan increases its size than the skin would stretch, but skin can only stretch so much before it breaks. If the Colossal Titan started out 15m tall (same height as a two story building) and grew in size to over 50m (the size of the wall), than the skin would have to stretch over 40m or 3 times its original size, if the Colossal Titan's skin does not snap than the skin would become so thin that it could become see through (i.e. you can see the Colossal Titan's muscle and bones). This theory would also help counter the square-cube law (which measures the amount of force required to perform an action), since in both appearances of the Colossal Titan he was taller than the walls itself meaning that the Colossal Titan is over 50m; which means that without crazy enhancements to the Colossal Titan's body itself than it would end up breaking its legs almost every step and eventually implode on itself.

Square Cube Law

The hot air/steam that is inside the Colossal Titan would help the Colossal Titan maintain its form and also give extra support to the body itself, much like a hot air balloon. Due to internal heat the molecules inside the Titan's body would try to get as far away from each other and increase the amount of pressure inside the Colossal Titan's body, the increase of pressure (if high enough) could make the Colossal Titan explode and release the pressure inside its body, creating a huge blood splotch on the wall. If both the force of the Titan's implosion and the Titan's built up pressure than the two forces would cancel each other out unless a third force gets involved, this is due to Newton' law of motion.

Newton's First Law of Motion

In the end the most logical power that the Colossal Titan could have would be the ability to change his size (would this be called shape shifting?), I may be missing a few factors in this new theory but so far it seems pretty reasonable to me and would explain why the Colossal Titan doesn't implode on itself every time it kicks the wall.

Sorry for the lack of postings

Lately I haven't been posting much, but I am still posting. I will probably be on a bit of a break due to school, but I will make it up to you. Currently I am working on one big blog post with all of the facts that I have collected from Attack on Titan, its pretty much a reference book (or I think that's the correct term). The facts will be separated into deferent sections (Human-Titans, Walls, Eren, etc.), there may or may not be repeats of facts, hopefully not but some facts fall into multiple categories. If I miss any facts, or if there is some way to improve the post please put it in the comments and I will see about making a change. A couple more things, 1) I am not sure when the "facts" post will be posted, 2) The blog will be under a lot of reconstruction, so it is easier to use and also so older posts won't be buried. This is what is currently going on with the blog and if you have any questions, comments, or complaints please put it in the comments below.

Where Are The Walls? (Attack on Titan)

Where are the Walls? This is a question that has been asked many, many times on the internet but without much success. Most people have pretty much given up on trying to find the answer, but lucky for those who haven't given up yet, I have some light to shine on this question.

Someone (I forget who but it wasn't me), stated that a couple of people's names are actually in German(Jaeger = Hunter, Armin = Soldier). If this isn't just a coincidence then the walls would have to be somewhere with a high concentration of German speaking people (Germany, United States, Canada, Russia). The reason why I mentioned Canada and United States is because before and after the World Wars German citizens were flooding through immigration offices I those countries, also because both Canada and the United States have the landmass to be able to "contain" the walls. A lot of you are probably wondering why I mentioned Russia, Russia has ALMOST THE EXACT SAME climate as Canada and there are also highly concentrated areas of Russia with German speaking citizens. But on the other hand we could remove Russia from the list due to the fact that they border 4 oriental counties and that Mikasa is the only person of oriental-decent in the anime.

You could also probably remove Canada and the US from the list if the Titans attacked humanity before the 1700s. Almost every non-European country can be removed from the list because the buildings in the anime have mostly shared the same architectural design as European houses today (like 4 story strip mall stores that are houses).
European style Houses/what I suck at explaining

But in conclusion if you take these small number of facts the walls are located in either North US/ South Canada, Germany and the surrounding area, with the odd chance of Western Russia. This is all I can figure out, and if you would like to add anything please feel free to put it in the comments.

The Human-Titans Part:1 (Attack on Titan)

Recently I have discussed my Theory about Dr. Jaeger and the Basement, and also my God Theory (The face in the wall). From my two theories I gained a huge interest with Annie and the other human-Titans (Iron and Colossus Titans). We already know that Annie is a human-titan, and based on the facts that there was the same lightning bolt coming out of the sky when the special Titans appear as Eren (when he transforms), we can conclude that both of these unique titans are also human-titans. But my main question is how can there be human-titans and how powerful are they?

In episode 7 and 8 we see the first appearance of Eren as a human-titan, even in his rage and lack of control of the titan form (he thought that his "death" was a dream and had no recollection of the fact that he turned into a titan), he was still able to kill all of the titans between the point of transformation to the HQ (with limited help from Mikasa, Armin, and Conny), and also the fact that the entire district was overrun with titans he must of killed a unbelievable number of titans meaning that the human-titans are stronger beyond our knowledge. The other human-titans also show a unbelievable amount of strength as well as special powers.

The Iron Giant (Titan - Able to completely harden his body with an unbreakable layer of "skin" and is able to run at unbelievable high speeds while in his "special" state.

The Iron Titan
The Female Titan (Annie) - Also has the Ability to harden her skin into a unbreakable crystalized form but unlike the Iron Giant, but when crystalized she is unable to move the protected part of her body.
The Female Titan (Annie)

The Colossus Titan - The Colossus Titan is unlike the other two human-titans since it has shown no special power and is unusually large (its 50m its more than unusual).
The Colossus Titan

The only thing I can assume is that these were scientific creations, and not genetic/lineage for multiple reasons. If the drug that Dr. Jaeger injected Eren with gave him or unlocked the ability to become a titan is true, than the other human-titans were also given a different version of this drug (this also throws a big wrench in my God theory and supports the multi-kingdom theory). If the "science theory" is correct then that would completely destroy any chance of inheriting the ability from others and would also explain why there aren't more human-titans (but only season 1 is out, so there may be more human-titans in season 2).

Assuming that this theory is correct than the drug has been worked over a long period of time. A couple of questions popped up in my head after debating this theory: How are the other human-titans more efficient than Eren? And why do the other human-titans have special abilities and not Eren? It did not take long to come up with a theory, since the answer seems so straight forward to me, but its just a simple theory and could actually be a lot more complex.

A Basic timeline of when the Titan-Humans were injected by the Titan Drug (based on my theory)
As you can tell from the timeline there is a large gap between The Iron Titan and The Female Titan(Annie); there are multiple reasons why there is such a large gap between the two titans. During the attack on Wall Maria The Colossus Titan destroyed the gate to Shiganshina, and the Iron Titan destroyed the Gate to Wall Maria after the titans had overrun Shiganshina. The reason why the Female Titan was not around was not because it was their secret weapon but because Annie was injected right before, during, or after the attack. In episode 25 during the final fight, Annie was having flashbacks about her father. Her father was holding her and crying asking for her forgiveness, and that even if the whole world is her enemy that he will always support her. My guess is that this flashback was during or after the attack on Wall Maria, since he was asking for her forgiveness it was obvious that he was talking about the drug injection. I still have no idea what his or Annie's motives are, I'm still not sure if he is still alive but has probably disappeared like Dr. Jaeger.

This Theory is still in progress and there will be a part 2 and 3 of this theory, one part as a continuation of this theory and the other for a theory that supports my Gods Theory (The Face in the wall -Episode 25). But remember this is only a simple theory, A Virgin Theory!

Dr. Jeager and The Basement Part:1 (Attack on Titan)

When I was reading other peoples theories about Titans and the titan in wall Sina, I came across a very interesting theory about why the titans exist. The theory was basically saying that the titans are a engineered weapon of war made by another kingdom. Then out of the blue it dawned upon me, Dr. Jeager... Dr. Jeager and his basement full of secrets, Dr. Jaeger and his needle full of some sort of secret drug. What do we really know about Dr. Jaeger? Nothing besides the fact that he has knowledge beyond our imaginations about Titans.
Dr. Jaeger's needle that contains the drug (episode 2)

Dr. Jaeger could not have gained that kind of information while within the walls, nor could it have been past down from previous generations (The Titans have only been around for roughly 107 years or at least that's what an early episode claimed). The only way he could have gotten that extent of information is from the outside, meaning that there is probably another "kingdom" beyond the walls. But I probably wasn't a kingdom or civilization with a large population or else the titans would probably be extinct by now, so it was probably a small community of 10,000 people or less.

If the kind doctor had secretly immigrated into the kingdom and set up a family and helped out the local community, he probably wouldn't have been able to bring all sorts of advance technology with him, meaning that the basement is actually his study full of books and research not a passageway to an underground bunker. The basement could still be a passageway to outside of the walls but that is very unlikely if you take the story about the miner trying to dig under the wall into consideration.

But back to the point, if Dr. Jaeger was from another community than he probably would have arrived with a group of people instead of alone. Since Eren has the ability to become a Titan and so does Annie, the Iron Titan, and the Colossal Titan; the families of these people were probably also with Dr. Jaeger when he arrived, opening a huge door of theories about human-titans. But that theory will be saved for a rainy day, remember this is only a theory and I would love to hear other theories about Dr. Jaeger and the basement. And as always this is only A Virgin Theory!
